No. Your main number stays the same, so nothing changes for your customers. Texts go out from a separate local texting number that we set up for you. It costs a small monthly fee, plus a one-time carrier registration so your texts don't get blocked.
Texts only go to people who just called you, they always name your business, and they stop immediately when someone texts STOP. The texting number is registered with the phone carriers in your business’s name.
